Free Discord Anti-Nuke Bot
Protect your Discord server from destructive staff actions with configurable limits, automatic quarantine, and security alerts. Sentry helps reduce the damage caused by compromised accounts and malicious bots.
What is Discord anti-nuke?
A server nuke is a fast, deliberate wipe: channels and roles deleted, members banned, webhooks removed. It usually comes from an account that already has permissions, such as a moderator whose account was compromised or a bot someone added.
Anti-nuke protection gives each account a budget for high-risk actions. Normal admin work is slow and spread out. A nuke script goes far past the budget within seconds, and that is when the bot steps in.
Anti-nuke vs anti-raid
/antinuke
Watches what accounts inside the server do with their permissions. Can quarantine, kick or ban the account.
/antiraid
Watches for lots of accounts joining at once. Alerts staff with buttons to respond.
What does Sentry protect against?
Sentry counts 17 kinds of action, per account. Destructive ones get the account stopped. Vandalism-style changes only alert staff, because stripping an admin's roles over a renamed channel does more harm than the rename. Defaults are shown; every limit can be changed.
Stops the account
Going past the limit triggers your chosen punishment.

How Sentry stops a nuke
- 1
A risky action happens
A staff account or bot deletes a channel, bans a member, or grants Administrator.
- 2
Sentry reads the audit log
Each action arrives live from Discord's audit log, already tied to the account that did it.
- 3
The limit is passed
With default limits, a 4th channel deleted within 60 seconds goes over.
- 4
Sentry responds
The account is quarantined, kicked or banned, depending on your setting.
- 5
Staff get the alert
A card goes to your alert channel and to the server owner's DMs.
Key anti-nuke features
Configurable limits
Each action has its own limit (1–50) and its own time window (10–600 seconds). Defaults are 60 seconds for most structural changes and 120 seconds for actions against members.
Automatic quarantine
The default response. Sentry removes every role it is able to manage from the account and saves the list, so a real admin caught mid-task loses nothing permanently.
Reversible role restoration
One button gives the saved roles back. If it fails, the roles stay saved so you can retry. If the member left, it works once they rejoin.
Detailed security alerts
Who did it and their ID, which limit they passed and by how much, what Sentry did, and everything else they did recently. Pings the role you pick.
Trusted account exemptions
Exempt any role or member. The server owner is always exempt. Bots are watched by default, since a malicious bot is a common way servers get nuked.
Customizable responses
Choose Quarantine, Kick or Ban. If a kick or ban isn't possible, Sentry quarantines instead. Only administrators can press the alert buttons.
What you'll see in your server
/antinuke status shows where alerts go, the punishment, exemptions, and every limit.
How to set up Sentry anti-nuke
There's no dashboard. Everything is done with slash commands in your server, and it takes about a minute.

What anti-nuke can't do
-
Not a backup tool
It doesn't bring back deleted channels or roles. It limits how many get deleted.
-
Acts after the limit
It acts once a limit is passed, so actions up to the limit still go through.
-
Role order matters
It can't act on the server owner or anyone whose role is above Sentry's. The alert still fires.
-
Managed roles only
Quarantine only removes roles Sentry is allowed to manage.
01Is Sentry a free Discord anti-nuke bot?
Yes. Sentry has no paid tier or subscription, and anti-nuke is fully available to every server.
02How can I prevent my Discord server from being nuked?
Give dangerous permissions to as few people and bots as possible, ask staff to use two-factor authentication, and add an anti-nuke bot. With Sentry, run /antinuke enable and keep Sentry's role above your staff roles.
03Can Sentry automatically stop mass channel deletion?
Yes. By default, an account that deletes more than 3 channels within 60 seconds is quarantined, kicked or banned, depending on your setting. The channels deleted before that point are not restored.
04Does Sentry protect against compromised moderators?
Yes, as long as their highest role is below Sentry's and they aren't exempt. Limits apply per account, so one compromised moderator is stopped without affecting the rest of your staff.
05What happens when suspicious activity is detected?
For destructive actions, Sentry applies your punishment and posts an alert with Restore Roles, Ban Them and Ignore buttons. For alert-only actions, it posts the alert and changes nothing. The server owner gets a copy by DM either way.
06Can Sentry restore deleted channels or roles?
No. Sentry can give back the roles it took from a quarantined account, but it does not back up or recreate deleted channels or roles.
07How do I enable anti-nuke?
Add Sentry to your server, then, as an administrator, run /antinuke enable. Use /antinuke config to choose the alert channel and punishment.
